Tang Serviced Condos\u201d, located in Hunan province in China. The project cycle began October 2022, and the last building was completed in early March this year. The project is a group of 5 Holon Buildings, three of which are 12 stories and two 13 stories, providing a total of 2000 units. It took 18 days to complete the construction of the three 12 and two 13 story buildings, with each building taking an average of 6 days to erect!<br \/>\nThe Holon Building was developed to overcome several specific challenges and problems:<br \/>\n\u25cf Long and unpredictable project cycles: The Holon Building is a 100% factory fabricated volumetric modular building produced to industrialized scale on a highly automated production line with a capacity of over 2 Million sf\/year, ensuring precision quality and predictable delivery time.<br \/>\n\u25cf Long duration of site-built construction: To overcome frequent project delays and disruption to the urban environment, the Holon Building erection rate was designed to be up to three stories per day. Once delivered and craned into position, the modules need only be bolted. No welding is needed.<br \/>\n\u25cf Limited lifespan of reinforced conventional buildings: the average service life of a concrete building is &lt; 75 years. The Holon Building uses stainless steel for key building components, which has a lifespan up to 20 times greater than a conventional building according to a Lifecycle Assessment performed on Holon Building.<br \/>\n\u25cf High energy consumption of conventional buildings: The Holon Building uses Passive House design principles and the \u201cNearly Zero Energy\u201d Building standard for a 90% higher energy efficiency. The BROAD project that won the award is the BROAD Holon Home Garden A1, an 11 story multifamily building built with stainless steel, including all load bearing members of the building.<\/p>\n<p>The Holon Home Garden is a 100% factory made Near zero energy consumption building, incorporating B-CORE slab, BROAD\u2019s innovating sandwich structure stainless steel material.
