Jeremy Zimman, BROAD U.S.A.’s Director of Communications, led a delegation of architects and developers from across the U.S. to BROAD Town earlier this month to visit our state-of-the-art BROAD Sustainable Building factory, and to experience some of our stainless steel Holon buildings erected over the past couple of years.

The delegation visited Shang Shui Tang International apartments, a cluster of workforce housing buildings, 12 and 13 stories each
The delegation had a lively exchange of market information with BROAD Holon Co Ltd, which overseas our global marketing, and with our Technical Dept that provides design support services for our clients, and provides market feedback on building features to our R&D. A highlight of the visit was a meeting with our Chairman and Founder, and creator of the Holon Building, Mr. Zhang Yue. The Chairman offered his vision for high-rise modular as being a key pillar in the solution to the severe housing shortage in the US and in many countries around the world. The solution is building fast and building high to maximize the number of units and deliver a faster ROI. There is very little high rise modular (HRM) in the U.S., but there is an increasing realization by many municipal authorities of the efficacy of HRM, and we feel as if we are at the beginning of a wave that will disrupt the construction industry.
Remarks from one of the delegation members, Mike Gailey, of RE/MAX Dynamic Properties in Anchorage Alaska:
“It is impossible to fulfill great visions and ambitions without developing and sustaining an extraordinary team of talented people along with a underlying culture that binds them together in unity. Such a rare circumstance is evident at BROAD Group.”
